Salesforce Administrator

The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Salesforce Administrator to manage, optimise and scale our Salesforce platform. This is a technical role requiring strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design and implement scalable solutions that support business processes across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Operations.
You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions, while ensuring the platform remains secure, reliable, well-governed and continuously improving.
What you'll be doing?
- Administer, maintain and optimise Salesforce, including users, security, data integrity and platform performance.
- Configure and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Flow Builder, custom objects, fields, record types and other declarative tools.
- Build reports, dashboards and data solutions that provide actionable insights and support business decision-making.
- Work with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and RevOps teams to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
- Support integrations and collaborate with developers on more complex enhancements involving Apex, SOQL and Salesforce APIs.
- Manage deployments, testing, sandboxes and change processes, ensuring strong governance and Salesforce best practices.
- Troubleshoot issues, maintain technical documentation and provide training and support to users.
What are we looking for?
We're looking for someone with strong hands-on Salesforce experience who combines technical capability with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
You will be confident working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, able to understand complex business requirements and turn them into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions.
Our Requirements
- 3-6+ years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar Salesforce-focused role, with strong hands-on experience across Sales Cloud and Salesforce Flow Builder.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data, security and platform architecture, with experience designing scalable solutions, managing automations and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, third-party integrations and Salesforce DevOps practices, including Git, CI/CD and deployment tools.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Desirable
- Experience with Gearset.
- Salesforce certifications.
- Experience working in a cross-functional or fast-paced business environment.
