We are looking for a passionate and
guest-focused Part-Time Waiter to become a valued member of our outstanding Ginger Lily Lounge & Bar team at Pan Pacific London.

You bring
confidence, empathy, and professionalism to every interaction, whether with

JOB SUMMARY

As a Part-Time Waiter in our Ginger Lily Lounge & Bar team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, personalised guest
experiences. As a true ambassador of Pan Pacific London, you will ensure every
interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities will
include, but are not limited to:

Deliver exceptional service in line with Ginger
Lily and Pan Pacific London standards and values.

Collaborate effectively with team members to
ensure a seamless guest experience.

·
Maintain full knowledge of:

· All cocktails, premium spirits, wines, champagnes,
beers, and non-alcoholic beverages offered at Ginger Lily Bar & Lounge.

· Bar menu items, including preparation methods,
ingredients, portion sizes, garnishes, allergens, and presentation.

· Beverage pairings and recommendations to enhance
guest experiences.

·
Greet and engage guests warmly, creating a
personalised and memorable experience.

·
Handle guest feedback with empathy and
professionalism, escalating when necessary.

·
Anticipate and respond promptly to guest needs,
ensuring service remains gracious and professional at all times.

·
Ensure bar and lounge areas are fully prepared
before service, including all mise en place.
