Job Title: Support Worker
Job Purpose
To provide high-quality person-centred care and support to adults with care and support needs promoting independence dignity choice and wellbeing. The Support Worker will assist individuals with daily living activities personal care social engagement and emotional support while ensuring a safe positive and inclusive environment.

Required Skills:
Support individuals with personal care including washing dressing grooming toileting and meal assistance. Promote independence and encourage service users to make informed choices about their daily lives. Assist with social recreational and therapeutic activities both within the centre and the local community.
