\nWe are looking for a compassionate, community-focused individual for our client which supports households facing energy-related challenges.
\nThis is an incredibly varied and rewarding role combining home visits, telephone advice, advocacy and community outreach. You will help people understand their options, access support schemes and overcome issues with energy providers, often supporting some of the most vulnerable members of the community.
\nDuties will include:
\nWe are looking for:
\nYou will be empathetic, organised and a confident communicator who enjoys helping others.
\nWe are particularly interested in people with experience in community work, advice services, housing, support work, welfare, customer advocacy or the charity sector.
\nYou will have:
\nKnowledge of energy, housing or community support services would be advantageous but isn't necessarily essential.
