The Risk team works inpartnership acrossCovéato support informed decisionmaking and positive outcomes. What you can expect in this role

• Youllplay a key role inshaping pricing reserving and capital decisionsby bringing thoughtful challengecollaborationand a forward-looking view of risk

• Youllwork closely withPricing Underwriting Actuarial and Financefunctions as well assenior business leaders helping toprovide expert oversightreviewand assurance

• Youllcontribute tothedevelopment of insurance risk capabilityand knowledge across the Risk team focusing on qualitycollaborationand continuous improvement

• Youllhave opportunities tolearndevelopand growwithin the role

What you might bring

• Experienceworking closelywith actuarial pricing reserving and underwriting teams within a General Insurance settingcontributing to oversightreviewand challenge of key business decisions

• Skills in general insurance pricingreservingand underwriting with the ability to interpret technical outputs and translate them intoclear risk insight and a willingness to learn and ask questions

• A collaborative and pragmatic approach with the confidence to provide constructive challenge while working closely with Line 1 teams

• An organised thoughtful way of working

• A commitment to delivering great outcomes for customers and colleagues
