Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Deputy Manager to join our store in Oxford Circus!This is a 37.5 hour position working 5 out of 7 is based on candidate experience and store the role Coaching and developing your team to exceed every expectationEncouraging the team to deliver the most exceptional shopping experience on the high street ensuring our customers feel like they have had the best journey from start to finishRecruiting and training new talentWorking alongside the Store Manager to set goals achieve targets and drive KPIsStriving for operational excellenceMaximising store profitabilityCelebrating achievementsPromoting the schuh brand through our core service valuesCreating exciting new store displays with the freedom to make commercial decisions within our visual merchandising guidelinesAdhering to company policies and guidelinesRunning the store in the Store Managers absenceAbout the person -Enthusiastic incredibly ambitious and ready for anythingOptimistic and energeticPrepared to work hardPassionate about retail/customer service/footwearLead from the front and motivate the team around youTarget drivenKeen eye for detail and commercialityProven track record of leadershipPersonal values align with company valuesPrevious management experience in customer service and/or retail experience is preferable.
