The role
As a Transport Compliance Systems and Process Trainer you will ensure our operations remain safe and efficient across our network. Based in our flagship warehouse and central transport hub E3 in South Elmsall youll take on the responsibility of delivering hands-on training that helps the team master the systems required to keep NEXT moving. By building colleague competency and upholding high legal standards you will directly impact our ability to evolve and deliver for our customers.

With 3 to 5 years of Transport Operations experienceyou will hold a Transport Managers CPC and have experience with transport related systems such as Tacho Microlise and Licence checks. You will also be a confident communicator who has experience designing and delivering training.
