Were looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support our UK Sales division at Computacenter.

In this strategic highimpact role you will act as the trusted advisor to senior leadership shaping and delivering a people strategy that directly supports commercial performance. Youll partner closely with Sales leadership providing expert HR guidance while driving initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness engagement and growth.

What youll do

• Act as the single point of contact for senior stakeholders providing expert advice on complex HR matters organisational design and ways of working
• Build strong relationships with Sales leadership influencing decisions and shaping the people agenda aligned to business objectives
• Use HR data and insights to assess business performance and drive informed decision-making
• Lead and support strategic change and transformation initiatives
• Coach and develop senior leaders enhancing leadership capability and organisational effectiveness
• Partner with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver joined-up high-quality HR solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement simplify processes and optimise ways of working
• Lead mentor and develop HR colleagues to ensure consistent highquality HR delivery

What youll need

• Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner in a complex fast-paced environment
• Essential: Experience supporting a Sales or commercial division with a strong understanding of sales-driven organisations and challenges
• Demonstrable experience partnering with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
• Strong knowledge of employment law employee relations and organisational development
• Ability to translate business strategy into effective people plans
• Commercial mindset with the ability to use data and insights to influence outcomes
• Excellent communication influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working within matrix or international organisations is advantageous
• A collaborative pragmatic and solutionfocused approach
