Our client are a leading supplier and are looking for a candidate to fill a temporary to permanent opportunity working alongside a small team in the Warehouse and Logistics Department.
\nThis is a great opportunity for a candidate looking for a long term career in an established company in Accrington.
\n\nResponsibilities to include :
\nPicking and Packing of Items which can be of various size
\nProduction work (Some cutting of pipes/grinding/painting and assembly)
\nHousekeeping duties & general warehouse work under the supervisor
\nDriving company vehicles (up to Flatbed), including loading and unloading of items
\nFLT Driving (License required) - carrying out safety checks and reporting concerns
\nObserve and follow Standing operating procedures
\nWorking to Health and Safety Procedures
\nEnsruing all tools and equipment is put away and cleaned after use
\nGeneral Warehouse duties
\n\nSkills
\nWarehouse experience
\nFLT Experience
\nDriving Licence
\nWork on own iniative and in team
\n\nThis is a temporary role and the client is looking for a permanent employee - Hours of work 8.30 - 5.00 monday to friday (37.5 hours a week) - overtime available and flexability required on occasions
