Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Occupational Therapy Practitioner to join an innovative Adult Social Care service in Brighton & Hove for its client.
This is an exciting leadership opportunity to support the development and delivery of a newReablement Front Door Pilot helping shape the future of Adult Social Care through early intervention strengths-based practice and service transformation.
What will your responsibilities be
As the Senior Occupational Therapy Practitioner you will provide professional Occupational Therapy leadership while overseeing the operational delivery of a multidisciplinary team within the Access to Adult Social Care service.
You will play a key role in ensuring people receive timely reablement support at the first point of contact promoting independence reducing demand for long-term care and improving overall system flow.
Alongside day-to-day leadership you will contribute to the ongoing development and evaluation of the pilot using performance data and service insights to help shape future models of care.
