What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Branch Sales Manager:

• Lead motivate and develop the branch team to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Generate new business through valuations networking referrals and proactive prospecting
• Carry out market appraisals and convert opportunities into new property instructions
• Oversee residential sales from instruction through to completion ensuring an exceptional customer journey
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers vendors solicitors and other key stakeholders
• Monitor branch performance maintain compliance with industry legislation and implement strategies to drive continued growth

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience as a Branch Sales Manager Sales Manager or Senior Sales Negotiator within residential estate agency
• Proven success in winning instructions and consistently achieving sales targets
• Strong leadership skills with experience developing and motivating successful teams
• Excellent valuation negotiation and closing skills
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities
• Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to generating new business
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle are essential
