We are seeking a talented individual to join Marsh Commercial in Exeter or Cardiff. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least four days a week in the office.
The role: Client Advisor
We have an exciting opportunity here at Marsh Commercial as were looking to recruit a Client Advisor to join us in our Enterprise Centre of Excellence. Within your role youll be responsible for servicing both new & existing clients with a range of commercial insurance products.
For this role we are happy to consider those with or without insurance experience. If successful youll be provided with a first-class induction as well as be given the opportunity to attain chartered insurance qualifications.
Once you have received initial training and support you will be responsible for servicing a dedicated portfolio of clients this can involve managing renewals invoicing producing new quotes upselling/cross selling additional products whilst handling any additional queries that are presented.
