Are you an ambitious Chef De Partie looking to develop your skills within one of Londons most respected fine dining kitchens
Were recruiting on behalf of an exceptional Michelin-starred restaurant renowned for its elegant cuisine impeccable standards and commitment to developing talented chefs. The restaurant serves sophisticated à la carte dishes alongside a highly regarded tasting menu and welcomes guests throughout breakfast lunch and dinner services.
Youll become part of a large and diverse brigade gaining exposure to a busy restaurant operation as well as exclusive private dining.

What youll be doing
- Running your section during service and ensuring consistently high standards across both à la carte and tasting menu offerings
- Preparing and presenting dishes to an exceptional level using high-quality seasonal ingredients
- Supporting breakfast lunch dinner and private dining services as required
- Working closely with senior chefs to maintain smooth kitchen operations during busy services
- Contributing to a positive professional and collaborative kitchen culture
What were looking for
- Previous experience as a Chef De Partie within a quality-led kitchen
- A genuine passion for hospitality and fine dining
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to perform well under pressure in a busy service environment
- A team-focused attitude and eagerness to learn
