Job title: Engineer Manager (Design)
We are hiring for our client a leading global manufacturer within the materials processing sector for an experienced Engineering Manager to join their expanding team across the Campsie or Omagh site.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Engineering Manager to take ownership of a high-performing engineering function within a fast-paced manufacturing environment leading both people and projects across new product development design optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives. Our client operates as part of a global organisation with a strong engineering culture focused on innovation quality and delivering robust equipment solutions to customers worldwide. This Engineering Manager role will play a key part in shaping engineering strategy improving product performance and driving team capability.
The Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading and developing the Engineering team ensuring delivery of all design development and improvement activities across multiple concurrent projects.
