| 1. Responsible for all administrative and personnel matters at Coy level including pay enlistments discharges promotions and G1 preparation for operations/deployments. 2. Line Manager for the B Coy military and civilian permanent staff who deliver the above. 3. Support the ROSO in supervising the REMSO ensuring effective compliance with the Battalion Recruitment and Retention policy and processes the implementation of the unit Community Engagement policy and associated activities. 4. Perform the duties of Account Holder for the Coy Fund which includes responsibility for all items of non-public property. 5. In conjunction with RFCA (Estates) act as the site manager at White City ARC and ensure the maintenance of the ARCs within the Coy as required. 6. Perform the duties of: Security Officer Safety Health and Environment (SHE) Officer Fire Officer Equality and Diversity Officer for B Coy. 7. Carry out as directed CNO and CVO duties within the Regional AOR. 8 Other duties directed by CoC in keeping with rank and role. |
