TheSenior ServiceNow AI EngineersupportsQVC Group andleads the design and delivery of intelligent infrastructure automation and proactive IT operations across the ServiceNow platform.
This role is remote and will require you to connect in person quarterly.
Design implement and optimise intelligent automation capabilities across the ServiceNow platform with a focus on ITSM and ITOM
Lead the development of infrastructure solutions that improve operational efficiency reduce manual effort and support faster incident detection and resolution
Build and enhance automation workflows integrations and platform capabilities using Flow Designer Workflow Playbooks and related ServiceNow tools
Develop and improve Service Operations Workspace virtual agent solutions and predictive capabilities to support proactive service management
Partner with cross-functional teams to shape platform strategy promote best practice and embed an automation-first mindset across infrastructure operations
Significant experience in ServiceNow engineering including strong expertise acrossITSM ITOM Flow Designer and Workflow automation
Proven experience building and enhancing infrastructure and service operations solutions includingintegrations APIs UI Builder and Service Operations Workspace
Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence direction and deliver meaningful operational improvements
Experience working in complex enterprise environments with a strategic and outcome-focused approach
