Location:Prestatyn North Wales
Salary:27105.00plus bonus scheme

Shifts:Full Time (37.5 hours) Monday-Friday

Permanent contract and Fixed Term contract available

We are looking for a Collections Officer to join our Revenue Assurance team based in Prestatyn. The Collections Officer willbe responsible forthe collection of outstanding debt from UK and foreign Private Medical Insurances.

Whatyoulldo:

• The role will include outbound and inbound telephone calls emailcommunicationsand aged debtcorrespondenceto major insurance companies to ensure they have the necessary information to assess and process outstanding invoices

• Responding to and resolving emails from internal and external customers.

• Frequentinteraction with facility staff at all levels some travel may be.

• Respond to patient queries and record all patient interactions on the system.

• Identifyand escalate any revenue having an adverse effect on collections activity to the Team Leader & Collections Manger.

• Contactinginsurance companies via phone email or other correspondence andinitiatesrequest for payment.

• Performsappropriate followup withinsurerand gains commitment for payment.

• Identifiesinsurance company trends and communicates trends to Line Manager & Management for further action/escalation.
