Homecarers Care Services is expanding its domiciliary care services across Tameside, and we are looking for dedicated, compassionate Female Care Assistants to join our growing team.
As a Female Care Assistant, you will deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Your support will help service users maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life, allowing them to remain safely in familiar surroundings.
Please note: We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role. It does not meet the criteria for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Under Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010, we are lawfully restricting this role to female applicants only. This restriction is based on a genuine occupational requirement: the position involves providing personal and intimate care to service users who, for reasons of privacy, dignity, and cultural appropriateness, specifically require care from a female staff member.
We provide person‑centred care to clients acrossNorth and South Manchester and Tameside.
