The Kitchen

Youll be joining an ambitious brigade that takes genuine pride in mentoring chefs encouraging creativity and maintaining the highest culinary standards in a supportive and professional environment.

The Role

As Chef de Partie you will take ownership of your section and play an important role in maintaining the exceptional standards expected within a 4 AA Rosette kitchen.

Responsibilities include:

• Running your section confidently throughout preparation and service
• Producing beautifully presented dishes using exceptional seasonal Welsh produce
• Maintaining excellent organisation mise en place and consistency
• Working closely with the senior team to continually develop your skills
• Supporting junior chefs and contributing positively to brigade culture
• Maintaining the highest standards of food safety hygiene and kitchen organisation

About You

• Current Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
• Experience within Michelin AA Rosette or quality fresh-food kitchens
• Passion for exceptional ingredients and seasonal cooking
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Calm organised and professional during service
• Positive attitude with genuine ambition to continue developing
• Strong team player who enjoys working within a collaborative brigade

• Package worth up to 39000 including gratuities
• 4-day working week
• Additional days worked paid separately
