Job Description

Overview:

Teledyne Microwave UK (a business unit of Teledyne Aerospace & Defence Electronics UK) provide enabling technologies for industrial growth markets. What youll be involved in:

  • Maintain and manage the integrity of MRP/ERP systems ensuring data accuracy and timely updates to support operational planning.

  • Oversee Manufacturing Order Management including creation tracking prioritisation and closure of production orders.

  • Manage material availability to ensure continuity of supply minimising shortages and supporting production schedules.

  • Contribute to and support continuous improvement initiatives including the development and implementation of new business processes.

  • Plan and coordinate material kitting activities ensuring timely and accurate preparation of materials to meet production requirements.

  • Maintain accurate supply chain records and documentation ensuring compliance with internal procedures and audit standards.

  • Provide regular operational updates highlighting performance risks and key issues to relevant stakeholders.

  • Engage with internal stakeholders to communicate progress align priorities and support cross-functional collaboration.

  • Manage orderbook scheduling to ensure optimal production sequencing and on-time delivery performance.

  • Analyse data relating to labour cost milestones and Percentage of Completion (POC) providing insights to support decision-making and performance improvement.
