As the Clinical Services Manager you will play a crucial role in assisting the Care Home Manager with day-to-day operations. Your commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care while ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents will be instrumental in our mission to provide exceptional care and support.
The Ideal Candidate would be a proactive individual with a strong clinical background and an excellent ability to lead and help manage the two care homes.
This role is supernumerary working across Ashton Grange & Greyfriars Care Home Nurse cover in the form of covering nursing shifts will be required from time to time to support annual leave cover etc. Flexibility is required over a 7-day period to meet the needs and demands of the service.
