About the role:

As a SeniorEXPlatformAdvisoryConsultantyoullcombine strategic consulting with hands-on clients on employee listening programmes help them maximise the value of their platforms translate insight into action and build long-term client relationships.

Wereplatform agnostic and work across QualtricsPerceptyx Medallia Viva Glint PeakonWorkBuzzand other leading employee listening technologies.

Whatyoullbe doing in practice:

• Clientadvisory and relationshipmanagement
• Advisingclients on the design implementation and optimisation of employee listening programmesusing platforms such as Qualtrics and other leading employee listening technologies.
• Leadand ownclient relationshipswith senior stakeholders with the ability toidentifynewopportunitiesand toidentifyhow to expand usage of the platform.
• Platformconfigurationandoversight
• Workingwithmultidisciplinaryteams(e.g. platform analysts data engineers)tooverseetheconfigurationofemployee listening platforms including survey design reporting and platform setupincluding integrations.
• Workingwith platform partners and technical specialists totroubleshoot issues and maximise platform capability.
• Research designanddelivery
• Design questionnaires and listening strategies that generate meaningful withanalysts and data scientists to translate complex data into clear actionable recommendations.
• Present insights to executive audiences and contribute to proposals and thought leadership.

About you:

You have experience combining employee listeningexpertisewith platform implementation and client advisory moving between strategic conversations with senior stakeholders and practical discussions around platform configuration surveydesignand programme bringexperience in many of the following areas:

Essential Skills

• Experience configuring an enterprise employee listening platform (such as Qualtrics).
• Experience designing and delivering employee listening or employee research involveboth singleemployeelistening programmesandmore complex/automatedprogrammesutilising HRIS integrations/SSO/API connections.
• Strong client management and consulting skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Good understanding of employee research methods and data interpretation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative self-starting and resilient able to lead diverse teams and work effectively across internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency and delivery.

Desirable skills:

• Experience withotherplatforms such as MedalliaPerceptyx Viva Glint or Peakon.
• Experience contributing to business developmentproposalsor pitches.
• Experiencecollaborating withmultidisciplinary teams including analysts data scientists projectmanagersand designers.
• Experience ininterpretingtheresultsof advanced analytical techniques such as segmentation or driver analysis.
• Experience contributing to proposalspitchesand business development.
