Spire Dunedin Hospital has an opportunity for a Porter to join our outstanding staff bank. You will be part of a team that prides itself on providing exemplary service to our Patients Visitors and Colleagues at all times.
Spire Dunedin Hospital has been serving the Reading community for over 100 years as a first-class medical facility. Based in the heart of Reading the hospital has two theatres 16 inpatient beds three recovery bays Oncology services and an Endoscopy Suite.
Duties and responsibilities:
You will be working for the team responsible for the transportation of all patients equipment goods and waste throughout the hospital. This will involve plenty of customer service as you transport patients to and from their procedures so great personal skills are necessary! You will transport medical gases clinical waste and any equipment as required by the Manager. Full training is provided and you will be rewarded with great benefits.

- Have excellent customer service and can provide a friendly ear to patients during what can sometimes be a particularly unsettling time our team of Porters provide a vital service in our hospital.
- You will need to be comfortable with the often-physical nature of the role
- Someone who has the flexibility to work varying shift patterns on our rota
- Hold a full UK drivers license
