Your Role:
As aCancer Nurse Specialist you will:
- Act as akey worker supporting patients through complex cancer pathways
- Deliversafe high-quality chemotherapy (SACT)and holistic patient care
- Work collaboratively withmultidisciplinary teamsto enhance service delivery
- Assess plan and evaluate care across adynamic and varied caseload
- Communicate sensitive information with professionalism and empathy
- Support and driveservice development and quality improvement initiatives
- Promote best practice ininfection control safety and patient wellbeing
What Were Looking For:
Youll be a confident and compassionate nurse who thrives in a specialist setting:
- Registered Nurse with relevant oncology experience
- Qualified inSACT administration(accredited)
- Competent invenepuncture cannulation and CVAD management
- Experience managing complex cancer patient caseloads
- Comfortable workingindependently within a nurse-led environment
- Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills
- Committed to continuous professional development
