Overall Purpose of the Job
We are seeking an experienced Senior Workshop / Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate operations within our Coretrax and Cementing workshop facilities. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring the safe efficient and compliant execution of all workshop activities including equipment maintenance tool preparation and operational readiness.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational performance maintaining high safety standards and developing a skilled and competent workforce.
