Job description
1. Act as the principle focus and advisor for all Coy administrative matters. This includes routine liaison with external agencies such as the RFCA and routine front of house duties on behalf of the Coy Comd. 2. Upkeep of Res soldier service documentation and pay iaw Defence Army and Bn direction. This includes the cross-Bn sharing and adoption of best practice common task allocation to AOs presentation of G1 A supporting documentation and detailed preparation and screening of soldiers prior to mobilisation and training.
3. Act as de-facto career manager for all Res soldiers Line Mngr for attached PS AOs and Coy D&I Officer.
4. Act as Coy PRO/Bn regional LO representing the Coy/Bn at external meetings and events as directed.
5. Conduct G2 Sy tasks as directed by the USO (XO) & ITSO (RAO). Site Security Officer.
6. As de-facto site manager ensure all contractors perform to specification and where appropriate act as Supervising Officer for lodger/sharing units. This includes conducting Fire Officer duties and unit site security officer duties as directed. Has liaison responsibility with other site managers for 1 Coy detachment locations.
7. Maintain the Coy in conjunction with the Regt Acct and Budgets in accordance with Defence Army and Bn direction. FM for 1 Coy non-public fund.
8. Conduct any other tasks as directed by Bn HQ and Coy Comd.
9. Defacto OC in their absence.
