What youll be doing

In this pivotal role you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders driving financial insights and strategies that impact our business decisions.


Key responsibilities
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast business outcomes.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.

What youll need to have (our must-haves)
  • Proven experience in a finance-related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
  • A proactive approach to driving change and improvement.

It would be great if you also have
  • Experience in a retail or consumer goods environment.
  • A relevant professional qualification (e.g. ACA ACCA CIMA).
  • Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems.
