\n Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Operative\n\n\n Location: Barnsley\n\n\n Hourly Rate: £12.71\n\n\n Contract Type: Seasonal - 3 months fixed-term contract. Starting ASAP\n\n\n Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 - 15:30\n\n\n\n\n\n\n About the role\n\n\n We currently require a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in Barnsley to support throughout the busy summer season. You will keep several green spaces and grounds in a wonderful condition for our client through grass cutting; using a ride on and pedestrian mower, strimming, pruning, weeding, shrub and border maintenance, litter picking and any other related horticultural duties.\n\n\n\n\n This is a great opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable experience, and grow with us in a friendly and encouraging environment!\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Requirements\n\n\n

  • Previous Grounds Maintenance experience is required.
    • \n
  • A full valid UK manual driving licence is essential.
    • \n
  • PA1 and PA6 licenses are preferred, but not essential.
    • \n
  • Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
    • \n
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
