Role / Department:
Audit Services provides independent assurance over how Northern Trust manages risk strengthens controls and supports responsible growth. The Associate Director will bring strong leadership to help overseeing the audit teams planning and execution of the Northern Trusts Risk and Control Enhancement transformation program the performance management process and recruiting and retention of staff for the audit team. The successful candidate will lead audit teams work with business leaders and senior stakeholders to interpret risk themes challenge control design and effectiveness and translate complex risks topics into practical audit insights.
