ROLE PURPOSE
The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Café, Members Lounge, and Breakfast operations. This is a hands-on leadership role, ensuring exceptional guest and member experiences, maintaining brand standards, and supporting the development of the front-of-house team.
The Supervisor leads by example on the floor, ensuring smooth service, operational excellence, and a warm, personalised approach that reflects the Aethos philosophy.
