Job Title: Marketing Business Partner (UK & US)

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing international animal health organisation for an experienced Marketing Business Partner to lead marketing strategy across the UK and US markets. This is a senior commercially focused marketing role with responsibility for developing and delivering full-funnel marketing plans that drive brand awareness customer acquisition retention and revenue growth. Working closely with senior stakeholders across marketing sales and local market teams you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on campaign delivery using data-driven insights and creative marketing to optimise performance. You will also lead and develop a small marketing team while managing regional budgets and ensuring marketing activity is aligned with wider business objectives.
