At Liberis we are on a mission to provide accessible and responsible finance to small businesses through our embedded finance partnerships! As Head of Credit Risk Management you will play a key role in delivering our risk strategy and ensuring that risk management supports sustainable and profitable growth.Reporting to the VP of Risk you will be responsible for evolving and managing Liberis risk appetite framework monitoring portfolio performance and partnering closely with teams across Commercial Finance Pricing Decisioning Machine Learning Product and Operations. You will help ensure Liberis continues to grow responsibly supporting new products strategic partnerships and expansion into new markets while maintaining strong portfolio performance.You will lead three core functions within Risk: Portfolio Management & Analytics Underwriting and Collections & Recoveries. Through these teams you will drive strong risk outcomes optimise portfolio performance and help ensure risk remains a strategic enabler of growth across the business.This role is ideal for a commercially minded risk leader who enjoys combining analytical rigour with cross-functional collaboration to deliver strong business and customer outcomes.What youll be doing:Required Experience:
