• Loves Service Like They Love Wine: Passionate about delivering totes amaze service and genuinely enjoys chatting with guests. If you can talk about wine, life and snacks in equal measure, you’re our kind of person.
• Is a People Person (and a High-Five Connoisseur): You’re all about the good vibes and human connections. Bonus points if you can high-five in a slow motion dramatic effect.
• Has Style and Trustworthiness (like a peacock in a top hat): You show up sharp, reliable, and ready to rock. Guests trust you. Team members look up to you. Birds envy you.
• Can Lead, Inspire, and Motivate (like a unicorn herding other unicorns): You're the leader who can take a team from ‘good’ to ‘legendary.’ You’ll motivate, guide, you're basically the pied piper minus the weird outfit (unless you want to wear it).

A little about the Role:

• Be the Wine Whisperer (or at least pretend really well): Help our guests navigate the wonderful (and sometimes confusing) world of wine. If they leave knowing what a tannin is, you've done your job. If they leave knowing they love wine, you've nailed it.
• The Captain to Our Crew (AKA Right-Hand to the GM): Keep the ship sailing smoothly by ensuring all team members follow company policies and work safely—because a well-run operation is a happy (and hazard-free) one.
• Stock Sorcerer (Master of Liquids): If it pours, you oversee it. Keep the wine range balanced between profit and pleasure, making sure we always have the right bottles on hand to delight guests. Conduct stock takes, line checks, and investigations like the Sherlock of Chardonnay.
• Policy Pro (because rules are cool, actually): Make sure everyone's playing by the rules—like washing hands, lifting with their knees, and not turning the kitchen into a slip-and-slide. Safety is sexy, people.
• Admin Alchemist (Turning Paperwork into Gold): Payroll done on time? Check. Stock variances solved? Check. New starters onboarded before they even step through the door? Triple check. You keep the back-end running so the front-end can shine.
• The Guest Guru (Deliverer of Delight): Ensure every guest walks away feeling like a VIP—whether they’re here for a casual glass or a deep dive into the wine world. Lead by example and make sure your team is doing the same.
• Motivation Maestro (Morale Boosting Extraordinaire): A well-timed high five? Essential. A pep talk before service? Vital. An impromptu dance routine to shake things up? Encouraged. Keep the energy high and the vibes positive.
• The Compliance Crusader (Because Rules Keep the Fun Going): From safety regulations to cash handling, you’re the one making sure we don’t accidentally turn the bar into an episode of Bar Rescue. Keep us compliant, keep us classy.
