Role Purpose:
Drive the growth and market positioning of EYs Forensic Technology & Discovery capability leading eDiscovery and adjacent offerings across investigations disputes cyber and regulatory matters. This role combines market leadership AI-led innovation client delivery and global collaboration with a focus on building scalable and recurring revenue streams.
The opportunity
As a Director in our Forensics team you will shape the growth of the eDiscovery practice by originating work leading complex engagements and expanding into new use cases. You willoperateas a visible market leader working closely with Partners across regions to drive revenue innovation and client impact.
Building on the core Forensics modelcovering the full data lifecycle from identification and collection through to analysis reporting and productionyou will extend the capability into higher-value technology-enabled and AI-driven services.
Your key responsibilities
Market Leadership & Revenue Growth:
Own pipeline creation conversion and revenue delivery for eDiscovery and adjacent solutions
Lead market activation campaigns andidentifypriority sector opportunities
Build senior relationships with GC Legal Compliance RiskCIOand CISO stakeholders
Originate and close new engagementsleveragingcross-service line collaboration
Develop and scale annuity / managed service offerings (e.g. ongoing review DSAR support investigation readiness)
Drive cross-sell with FDA cyber AI and broader Forensics offerings
AI & Innovation Leadership
Lead adoption of AI-enabled eDiscovery solutions (e.g. predictive coding GenAI-assisted review NLP)
Identifyand develop new AI-driven use cases:
Investigations analytics and fact-finding acceleration
Continuous monitoring and proactive risk detection
Review optimisation and automation
Translate emerging technologies into scalable client propositions
Collaborate with global AI and data teams to bring leading capabilities to market
Drive innovation into delivery approaches tooling and efficiency
Client Leadership & Delivery:
Act as senior advisor on complex eDiscovery investigations cyber and regulatory matters
Lead multi-disciplinary teams delivering complex high-risk engagements involving large structured and unstructured datasets
Ensure delivery quality defensibility and regulatory compliance
Oversee end-to-end eDiscovery lifecycle execution and client outcomes
Provideexpert advice on dataanalyticsand technology-enabled investigations
Use Case Expansion (Beyond Core eDiscovery)
Expand eDiscovery capability into:
Investigations (fraud misconduct regulatory inquiries)
Cyber response and incident support
Privacy and data governance (e.g. DSARs regulatory compliance)
Position eDiscovery as a core enabling capability across Forensics
Partner with legal cyber and risk teams to deliver integrated solutions
Identifyemerging market needs and shape new propositions
Practice Build & Global Collaboration
Shape and scale eDiscovery propositions at regional and global level
Drive consistency in methodologies tooling and delivery standards
Collaborate across global Forensics teams to deliver multi-jurisdictional engagements
Contribute to thought leadership and external market presence
Play a significant role in growing the FTDS practice and broader Forensics offering
People Leadership
Lead and develop high-performing multi-disciplinary teams
Coach managers and senior staff supporting career development and progression
Build capability across AI analyticsinvestigationsand cyber-linked skillsets
Foster integration across eDiscoveryFDAand wider Forensics teams
Skills and attributes for success
Strong understanding of eDiscovery lifecycle tools and legal/regulatory frameworks
