Workshop manager (M/ W)
Location: Bridgwater( UK)
Workshop/Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee all operations related to the prefabrication storage and dispatch of HVAC ductwork components supporting the Hinkley Point C nuclear site construction. Aim is to support the efficient delivery and erection of HVAC systems on the Hinkley Point C nuclear site ensuring quality safety and timely supply to the construction teams.
Your role and responsibilities :
Your profile :
Ideally you have previous experience in a similar role preferably within a highly regulated sector such as the nuclear industry.
You have solid experience in HVAC and team management ideally gained in an industrial or construction environment.
You demonstrate excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills enabling you to effectively coordinate activities and lead teams.
You are committed to complying with strict nuclear safety and quality standards.
You are proactive structured and able to work efficiently in a demanding and safety-critical environment.
