Are you an experienced Interim Registered Manager with a clinical background in nursing homes? Our client is seeking a skilled professional to oversee a crucial role within their team. It is essential that you have expertise in tracheostomy and ventilator care experience.\n

\n As an Interim Registered Manager, you will:\n
\n - Oversee the nursing home, ensuring high standards of care.\n
\n - Manage and lead a team of healthcare professionals.\n

\n - Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.\n
\n - Liaise with families and other healthcare providers to coordinate care.\n
