English Teacher - Outstanding School - Lambeth (September Start) Are you an ambitious English Teacher looking to join a school where high expectations, exceptional teaching and outstanding professional development are at the heart of everything they do? English Teacher Role Teaching English to KS3, KS4 and KS5 Lambeth MPS1 – UPS3 Salary Full-Time, Permanent English Teacher You will be joining a highly successful English department that is passionate about developing confident readers, skilled writers and articulate communicators. The department has a long-standing record of excellent GCSE and A-Level outcomes and offers a broad, engaging curriculum that inspires students to develop a genuine appreciation of literature and language. The successful candidate will teach English across KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to teach English Language and English Literature at A-Level. Staff within the department work collaboratively to plan engaging lessons, share best practice and continually refine the curriculum to ensure students of all abilities are challenged and supported. The school places significant emphasis on staff development and provides exceptional CPD, instructional coaching and leadership opportunities. Early Career Teachers benefit from a comprehensive induction programme, while experienced teachers are encouraged to pursue middle and senior leadership pathways.
