Job Title: Recruitment Resourcer Sector: Power & Energy Location: St Helens Job Overview The Recruitment Resourcer is responsible for generating fee revenue through temporary and permanent placements. Primarily responsible for managing all candidate-based activity. You will collaborate with sales to introduce suitably qualified and experienced candidates to our clients. Key Responsibilities: - * Operating to the Candidate Acquisition Strategy; identify, attract, and engage prospective candidates to fulfil client job vacancies. * Utilise various sourcing techniques such as boolean searching, professional networking sites such as Linked In, job boards and candidate referrals. * Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, including passive candidates, tracking their availability. * Evaluate candidates’ skills and experience and culture fit to meet the client’s requirements. * Negotiate candidate pay rates and/or salary levels. * Conduct initial screening of prospective candidates over the telephone, teams and/or face to face. * Actively map and build candidate shortlists for the sales team. * Utilise media platforms to develop and enhance your candidate networks. * Complete pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policies and relevant legislation. * Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. * Complete/Se...
