Are you an organised HR professional with a passion for delivering an exceptional onboarding experience? We're recruiting two Onboarding Assistants to join one of London's leading G15 housing associations, supporting thousands of residents across London and the South East.\n

\n This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy People team, where you'll play a key role in ensuring new employees enjoy a smooth, compliant and welcoming onboarding journey from offer through to their first day.\n
\n

  • Temporary Contract | Initial contract until October 2026

  • £25.83 per hour (Umbrella)
    • \n
  • Hybrid Working | Kings Cross (following training and induction)

The Role\n
\n
\nWorking closely with HR, Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers, you'll provide high-quality administrative and onboarding support, ensuring all pre-employment checks and compliance requirements are completed efficiently.\n

    \n
  • Managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new starters and internal transfers
    • \n
  • Completing pre-employment checks including Right to Work, DBS and other compliance requirements
    • \n
  • Preparing contracts, offer letters and onboarding documentation
    • \n
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
    • \n
  • Providing timely advice and support to candidates, managers and colleagues
    • \n
  • Working collaboratively to ensure new starters are ready to join and receive an excellent onboarding experience
    • \n
About You\n
    \n
  • Previous experience working within HR or People Services
    • \n
  • Experience delivering a high-quality onboarding or recruitment administration service
    • \n
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
    • \n
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on compliance
    • \n
  • Good knowledge of employment law and pre-employment processes
    • \n
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • \n
  • A CIPD Level 3 qualification is desirable but not essential
    • \n
