Job Role: East of England Cluster Manager
Location: 5 sites across the East of England (Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire)
Salary: £65,965.33
Contract: Full time/Permananent- 39 HPW
We are seeking a dedicated Cluster Manager to join our team at GFSL.

As a Cluster Manager, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced and passionate colleagues who vary from Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, to Cleaners, and Administrators, and others, who are all dedicated to making a positive difference, providing a safe and secure environment for all.

We are a Ministry of Justice business and provide critical and time-bound services to HMPPS, and are looking for a Cluster Manager with any combination of:
- Experience of managing multiple sites
- Experience of managing budgets
- Experience of managing staff
- Experience of working in facilities management
- NVQ 4 level or equivalent in a relevant subject or equivalent and have recognised experience or completed a recognised apprenticeship in their trade
- Driving license
- Good Health & Safety knowledge.
- Excellent organisational, time management and people skills.

Future Plans.
GFSL has been notified by it's shareholder (MOJ) that the provision of FM Services will in future be delivered by the private sector. This means that following a successful procurement process, GFSL's services will complete transfer to a private sector provider/providers no sooner than August 2027.
