About the Role The successful candidate will take responsibility for the operational management of the school's buildings and grounds, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and statutory requirements. You will oversee planned and reactive maintenance, manage external contractors, monitor site security, and coordinate facilities projects across the campus. The role also involves managing maintenance budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the school. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring excellent organisational skills, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to build positive working relationships with staff, contractors, and external agencies.
