Art Teacher - Secondary School - Brighton (September Start) Are you a creative Art Teacher looking to join a school where imagination, creativity and artistic achievement are genuinely celebrated? Art Teacher Role Teaching Art to KS3, KS4 and KS5 Brighton MPS1 – UPS3 Salary Full-Time, Permanent Art Teacher An ambitious secondary school in Brighton is looking to appoint an inspiring Art Teacher to join its successful Creative Arts faculty from September. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a department that encourages students to express themselves creatively while developing outstanding technical and artistic skills. The successful candidate will teach Art across KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to deliver GCSE and A-Level Art. The curriculum provides students with opportunities to explore drawing, painting, sculpture, printmaking, mixed media and digital art, encouraging experimentation while building confidence and independent creative thinking. The department benefits from spacious studios, specialist equipment and excellent exhibition spaces where students regularly showcase their work. Staff collaborate closely to plan exciting projects, organise gallery visits and deliver extracurricular activities that inspire students beyond the classroom. Teachers are encouraged to develop their own creative ideas and contribute to the wider life of the department.
