\nWithin the role you will take ownership for shaping operational performance, with a key focus on driving performance improvement across all areas of production, embedding lean manufacturing processes, improving quality standards, and identifying all opportunities for systemic improvement opportunities within a complex manufacturing environment.
\nReporting directly into the CEO, this role would suit a senior leader with a background in engineering or manufacturing, looking to make a significant impact in a reputable, growing, international business.

The Candidate:
\n * Experienced, senior leader within engineering or manufacturing
\n * Lean Six Sigma beneficial
\n * Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or similar
\n * Commutable to Bristol
