The OpportunityA senior role with genuine influence. Youll be running a key construction desk within a long-established recruitment group thats investing heavily in growth across the UK. This is a chance to build a high-performing market, shape strategy and put your stamp on a division with full backing from leadership. Youll have autonomy, pace and the freedom to run your desk like a business.

Proven billing history at senior level
Strong sales instincts and a self-starting approach
Able to build markets, secure clients and develop long-term relationships
Experience in construction, built environment or a related technical sector is ideal
Comfortable mentoring junior colleagues as the team expands
The Package£36,000 basic salary.
£5,000 car allowance.
25% commission paid from £0 billed.
