Job description
Position Details LSA/ LSP for Hemel Hempstead – Full‑time – September Start – Pay: £95‑£105 per day – Paid weekly. Role Full‑time Early Years (Reception) Learning Support Assistant position. Key Responsibilities * Supporting the class teacher in delivering meaningful, play‑based learning experiences. * Providing one‑to‑one or small‑group support to children, including those with SEND. * Helping to create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment. * Supporting childrens social, emotional, and academic development. * Engaging in wider school life and contributing to a positive and inclusive school ethos. Candidate Profile * Experienced LSAs or childcare practitioners passionate about Early Years. * Candidates with experience in Nursery or Reception settings. * Individuals seeking to work in a collaborative, respectful environment where wellbeing is prioritised. * Those hoping to develop their skills within a supportive and friendly school community.
