The Role:
We're seeking an ambitious Chef Supervisor to join our team and become a driving force behind an exceptional school catering facility! This isn't just cooking; it's a chance to use your flair and originality to elevate the entire dining experience and help establish this as one of the best school catering offers in the region!
You'll be a key player, assisting with both the operations excellence and financial performance of your kitchen.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the managing and improving all controllable costs, including stock, food and labour
Supervise, coach, train and inspire your kitchen team to deliver excellence every day.
Oversee menu development and drive sales through exciting monthly promotions and added-value events.
Guarantee all standards, systems and essential legislation are met
About You
We're looking for a passionate, hands-on Chef Supervisor ready to take ownership of the kitchen's day-to-day success. If you're a dynamic chef who thrives on leading by example and driving standards, you'll need:
Hands-On Excellence: You have fantastic craft skills with a genuine commitment to using fresh ingredients to deliver exceptional quality food.
Motivational Leader: Proven supervisory experience-you know how to coach, motivate, and inspire to develop a happy, high-performing team.
Safety Focus: Excellent knowledge of health and safety practices.
