Graduate Technology Sales Executive Recruiting on behalf of Mirable's client — A fast-growing technology business Location: Southampton (Office-based with hybrid working after probation) Salary: £30,000 basic + uncapped commission Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Launch Your Career in Tech Sales Are you an ambitious graduate looking for a career where your hard work is rewarded, your development is prioritised, and your earning potential is is fully in your control? We’re looking for motivated, confident, and commercially minded graduates to join our client’s growing technology sales team in Southampton. This is an opportunity to build a successful career in one of the UK’s fastest-growing industries, working with innovative technology solutions and learning from seasoned sales professionals. No previous sales experience is required. Full training, ongoing coaching, and a structured career development programme are provided from day one. What You'll Be Doing • Building relationships with prospective business customers. • Identifying opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and referrals. • Understanding customer challenges and recommending suitable technology solutions. • Booking meetings and product demonstrations for senior sales consultants. • Managing your own pipeline using the company CRM system. • Working closely with marketing and account management teams. • Consistently working towards and exceeding sales targets. What We're Looking For • A recent graduate (or graduating this year) in any discipline. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Competitive, resilient, and motivated to succeed. • Curious about technology and business. • Confident speaking with people over the phone and online. • Organised with excellent time management. • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
