Because it’s their ridiculously high standards that make members keep coming back, working hard and feeling pumped. *So, what will you be getting up to as Studio Manager?* Well, you’ll : * Manage and run club timetables and studio hire in all their budget-balancing beauty * Keep our amazing instructors happy, kitted out and most importantly – paid * Get bitten by the Gymbox class bug – helping develop, promote and review them all * Train everyone else around you to bang on about classes the best way we can * Be an all-star ambassador, living and breathing all things Gymbox.
It’s probably good to know that this is a great role if you’ve got any aspirations to teach or love training all day… ) Amazing organisational skills are a must, with so much going down on our timetables there is a lot to administer and keep track of, so experience in an administrative or management role would be ideal but not essential.
Ideally you’d have a background in fitness or sport as you’ll be managing a team of the best instructors in London and knowledge of the industry will give you that edge. *What’s in it for you * But enough about what we want, how about you? Well as well as giving you sweaty DJ-sound tracked haven a million miles from a crushing 9-5, you’ll enjoy : * Starting salary of £27,000.00 per year * Opportunity and encouragement to audition and teach 3 classes per week during working hours increasing the OTE of the role to approximately £31,000 per year * Opportunity to teach further classes outside of working hours * Opportunity to move onto the Deputy Manager training programme with a salary of £29,000.00 and once signed off the annual salary will increase to £31,000.00 and eligibility for a bonus scheme * Access to education, company-funded skills and in-house training * Discounts and perks, loyalty holiday scheme, party invitations, your birthday off! * Access to the Cycle to Work scheme after 6 months * Free linked membership for you and a +1 for a friend, family member or partner to the best Gyms in London!
