About the Role The successful candidate will teach Drama across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and Key Stage 5, delivering engaging practical and theoretical lessons that inspire students to develop confidence, creativity, and performance skills. Students study a broad curriculum covering performance techniques, script work, devising, theatre practitioners, live performance analysis, and dramatic interpretation. You will prepare students for GCSE and A-Level Drama examinations while encouraging them to develop their own creative voice and critical understanding of theatre. You will also contribute to the wider life of the Performing Arts department through school productions, theatre visits, workshops, drama clubs, and enrichment opportunities that allow students to showcase their talents.
