We are seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to support a large-scale ERP transformation programme. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile project, providing PMO support across planning, governance, reporting, and delivery.
Support the PMO function across a complex ERP implementation.
Maintain project plans, RAID logs, actions, risks, issues and dependencies.
Produce project status reports, dashboards and management information.
Coordinate governance meetings, steering committees and project documentation.
Track project progress and milestones using Azure DevOps.
Support resource planning, financial tracking and project controls.
Work closely with project managers, business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective programme delivery.
Proven experience as a PMO Analyst on large-scale transformation programmes.
Experience supporting ERP implementations.
Ideally experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
Experience using Azure DevOps for project tracking and reporting.
Strong governance, reporting, planning and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Initial 6–12 month contract.
Remote working with occasional travel as required.
Outside IR35.
